PHO is traditionally Vietnamese Noodle Soup, with beef and rice noodles in a tasty broth. Beef is simmered for over 10 hours with grilled ginger, charred onion and spices to make our soup broth. Our recipe has been passed down and perfected over many generations. Each bowl is served with bean sprouts, basil, sliced red onions, green onion, cilantro, lime, and Jalapeños. Add these to your noodles along with hoisin sauce and sriracha to taste.
